It’s a good idea to try to find an alternative routine,

Hang around with different friends

Go out with a different bunch

But, hang on. You shouldn’t start drinking as if there was no tomorrow. It’s dangerous to fall on some kind of addictions after disappointments/sentimental problems of this kind.

If I were you, I wouldn’t start a new relationship straightaway.

It’d be fantastic if you started doing exercise/sport

You aren’t supposed to feel sad/lonely all the time

You shouldn’t really worry all the time

Take it easy , chill out, have fun

Cheer up

Put a smile on your face

Life is short and we have to make the most of it/ take full advantage of it

Come on. It’s time to get moving
