complaint email


Dear Sir/Madam:

I stayed in La Manga Club hotel  from  ... to... I must say that I spent  a wonderful week there, enjoying the fantastic rooms and the friendliness of the hotel staff.
Nevertheless, we had a considerable problem because when we were paying the bill, we could realise that the breakfast was not included in the price of the room.
Compensation
Refund my money
Deserve explanations
Travel agent’s had promised that
